Activation
Your new mighty service is live and ready to use
Your internet service is activated at your location, giving you full access online. Billing will continue automatically until you cancel or terminate according to your agreement.

Can I change my plan after signing up?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime to suit your requirments. Just contact our friendly support team, and we’ll guide you through the process quickly and easily.
How long will it take to get connected to the NBN?
If your premises were previously connected to the NBN, most connections take 1–3 business days, with no extra technician work needed. If your address is new to the NBN, it can take up to 15 business days, depending on the technology type and whether any appointments are required. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
What’s the difference between residential and business-grade NBN?
Residential NBN is designed for everyday home use, streaming, browsing, and light work.
Business-grade NBN is built for higher reliability, faster speeds, and priority support. It’s perfect for mission-critical tasks, multiple users, static IPs, and keeping your business running smoothly.
Do I need a technician for installation?
It depends on your property and the type of NBN available:
FTTN/FTTB (using existing copper lines): Usually a self-install kit is enough.
FTTP, HFC, or Fixed Wireless: A technician may need to visit to complete the setup. If an appointment is required, our team will work with you to schedule a convenient time.
What happens during a power outage?
If there’s a power outage in your area, your internet service will be affected. Make sure any critical devices are accounted for before connecting to NBN. If you have a medical alarm, you can register it with NBN to check it’s working correctly once your connection is active.
